当社が理事会社として参加している、一般社団法人グローバルスタッフ雇用支援協会【通称ＧＳＥＡ】のセミナーが池袋区民センターで開催されるため、運営メンバーを兼ねて参加してきました。

この度の研修内容は、新制度「育成就労制度」の創設に向けて新情報と、制度改革が監理団体や登録支援機関にもたらす影響についてのご講演でした。

The Global Staff Employment Assistance Association [a.k.a. GSEA], in which we participate as a board member company, held a seminar at the Ikebukuro Kumin Center, and I attended the seminar as a member of the management team.

The content of the training was new information for the establishment of the new “Training and Employment System” and a lecture on the impact of the system reform on supervisory bodies and registered support organizations.
