当社が理事会社として参加している、一般社団法人グローバルスタッフ雇用支援協会【通称ＧＳＥＡ】のセミナーが池袋区民センターで開催されるため、運営メンバーを兼ねて参加してきました。

この度の研修内容は、昨今の某テレビ局でも問題となったハラスメントについて、企業の対応ポイントについてのご講演でした。

判断が難しいパワハラやセクハラのグレーゾーン事例を中心に、４月から東京都の条例で定められたカスハラへの具体的な対応策など最新の法令・ガイドラインを踏まえた内容

もはや、知らなかったや意識していなかったでは済まされない問題であり、現実的な視点から学べる身になる講演でした。

A seminar by the Global Staff Employment Assistance Association (a.k.a. GSEA), in which we participate as a board member company, was held at the Ikebukuro Kumin Center, and I attended the seminar as an administrative member.

The content of the seminar was a lecture on harassment, which has recently become an issue at a certain TV station, and the key points for companies to deal with.

The theme of the seminar will be “Power Harassment and Sexual Harassment”.
Focusing on gray zone cases of power harassment and sexual harassment, which are difficult to judge, as well as specific measures for dealing with catharas harassment as stipulated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance from April, based on the latest laws, regulations and guidelines.

These are issues that can no longer be dismissed as unacknowledged or unawareness, and the lecture was a learning experience that allowed participants to learn from a realistic perspective.

Participants were Fukuda, Shimazu, Morimoto, and Himenez from Elements, and Aragaki from Hot Heart.
