この度、エレメンツ主催で川崎の「THE BBQ BEACH in KAWASAKI LA CITTADELLA」にて10/5(日)に開催しました。
今までは、ホットハートとの合同イベントとして八王子で開催していましたが、場所や勤務シフトの兼ね合いにより
なかなか参加できないスタッフが多く、以前から勤務地近くで開催を希望する要望があったため、今年は思い切って挑戦！
いつも開催する環境とは違うため、準備する食材や備品についてもとにかく下準備が大事。
前日には、社長と志保さん＆内勤精鋭部隊「トク＆ズケ」が初の焼き鳥串刺しにも挑戦し、社長とシマでお酒の買い出しも！
ホットハートの焼き鳥より３倍くらいのボリュームの串でしたが出来栄えは最高でした。
当日は、川崎エリアで就業中のスタッフとそのご家族、派遣先の担当者もお越しくださり大盛況！
きらびやかなネオンで賑やかなビルの屋上で、お洒落にＢＢＱを楽しめましたよ♪

今後も、エレメンツで働くスタッフの皆さんが参加しやすい場所や時間帯を考慮して、新たな挑戦をしていきますので

This time, Elements hosted an event at “THE BBQ BEACH in KAWASAKI LA CITTADELLA” on Sunday, October 5th.
Previously, we held joint events with Hot Heart in Hachioji, but due to location and work schedule conflicts,
many staff members found it difficult to participate. There had been requests for years to hold events closer to their workplaces, so this year we took the plunge!
Since the environment differed from our usual venues, thorough prep work was crucial for both ingredients and equipment.
The day before, the President, Shiho-san, and our elite office team “Toku & Zuke” even tackled making yakitori skewers for the first time! The President and Shima also went out to buy drinks!
The skewers were about three times the volume of Hot Heart's yakitori, but they turned out fantastic.
On the day itself, it was a huge success with staff working in the Kawasaki area, their families, and representatives from client companies joining us!
We enjoyed a stylish BBQ on the rooftop of a building bustling with bright neon lights♪

Moving forward, we'll continue taking on new challenges, considering locations and times that are easy for all Elements staff to participate.
