We provide transportation from the airport of arrival from overseas and from the airport of arrival to the receiving institution (company where you will work) and your residence. We will also accompany you to the security checkpoint at the departure airport when you return to your home country and see you through the security checkpoint. We will clearly explain the contents of the office work, working conditions, activities that can be done in Japan, and costs for support related to the activities, and confirm that no fees will be collected from the foreign staff themselves and that details of any money they have paid to the sending organization will be confirmed, if any. If the foreign staff member is unable to complete the procedures themselves due to Japanese rules or language ability, we will accompany them to their place of residence, social security taxes, etc., and assist with the paperwork as needed.

We support the provision of Japanese language learning opportunities, including information on local Japanese language schools and online courses for independent study. We also provide financial support such as subsidies for course fees to avoid excessive learning costs. JBAA also regularly provides education and training for all non-Japanese employees of Japanese companies in Japan, with the goal of helping them understand Japanese culture and business etiquette so that they can fully demonstrate their true potential. To ensure that foreign staff members are not treated unfairly, we conduct regular interviews with foreign staff members and their supervisors (supervisors, etc.) at least once every three months.
